SPEERI Appoints New Deputy Director of Energy

The Scottish Partnership in Energy and Engineering Research & Innovation (SPEERI), is the strategic integration of ETP, the Scottish energy research partnership, and SRPE, the engineering partnership in Scotland.

As part of the integration, SPEERI has appointed Jennifer Smart as Deputy Director to lead on the energy arm for the partnership. Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, built environment, energy & utilities.

Jennifer is a qualified Civil and Environmental Engineer and is highly experienced in multi-strand engagement programmes, delivering impactful outcomes. She is an established leader within Scotland’s sustainability, built environment, and energy landscape.
